Our boiler just stopped working one day which isn't ideal with a young boy in the house. Kyle got reccomend to me via a friend and can I just say he was magnificent. After the initial chat he came straight out to the house to access the boiler and gave us his verdict. Yes a part needed to be ordered but this was collected the next day and installed promptly. I phoned Kyle on a Friday and he came round the next day. I was previously told (by another local company) my boiler needed new parts and as a result I had been without hot water and heating for 2 weeks. Kyle resolved the problem (no parts needed) and got my Hive fully working which it hadn't been since I moved in 2 months ago. After realising our shower pump was leaking late on a Sunday night, I was prompted to contact Kyle RC Perry Heating after finding them on Google - his good reviews made him stand out (now I know why). Kyle rang me back promptly despite being away on a holiday himself. To further complicate matters, I was going on holiday too, so with no access to the property in between, Kyle kindly offered to visit my home on a bank holiday weekend and to have a look at the issue. I mean if this is not going the extra mile, what is. Kyle arrived on time, smartly presented and had the courtesy to take off his shoes before he walked in, a sign of respecting someone's home. He quickly and efficiently suggested a solution and told me that he would organise to send me a quote. I received a very detailed breakdown of the work/quote within a day and immediately booked him in. On the day of the job, Kyle arrived on time along with his team member Mitch. They diligently sheeted up from my front door all the way to the upstairs airing cupboard to protect my carpets. The sheets were immaculate too which is a tradesperson first. They both worked hard all day and made all the modifications needed for the new shower pump and installed it professionally. The new pipework is like a work of art, they fitted levers valves so we can isolate the supply and its all so much more pleasing to the eye. The new pump is so much better, quieter, more powerful and expertly fitted. Post the installation, Kyle and his colleague Mitch spent time testing/commissioning the system and ensured they left with everything perfect. Honestly, you would not even have known they had been here which in my view is amazing. Despite encountering some issues with the pump manufacturer website, Kyle persisted to get the 5 year warranty registered and stayed in touch with me up to a week and a half later until it was sorted. Totally removing the need for me to get involved. Kyle, even sent me a text 3 weeks after completing the job to check in and make sure everything is working fine and that I am happy. To stress, this is a plumbing I found on the internet. In my view, Kyle is 'exceptional' compared to any other plumber we have used to date. His service is simply on a different scale compared to any other trades person I have encountered: clean, professional, polite combined with expertise and deep knowledge of the trade. If you need a plumber, want someone who will treat your home and family with respect whilst they are there, then I would recommend you to support this local young man's business. We need more trades people like Kyle, he is setting a new standard.
