This pan connector had been chewed through by rats causing it to leak severely
The flexible pan connector was replaced for a rigid type to prevent the issue reoccurring
Gas Fire Service;
Attending a gas fire service we noticed scorch marks around the fire surround
The fire had never been serviced and the chimney was blocked 5m high with twigs
