"I have used Kyle for many years for heating and plumbing services at my chain of hotels. Having used many other engineers in the past, I can honestly say Kyle has been outstanding above every other firm I have used. His knowledge, advice and execution of the job have been exemplary. He is precise, neat, punctual and the jobs have always been perfect as he is a perfectionist. In fact his pipe work is like a work of art! After years of bad advice and workmanship from other firms, Kyle finally put the jobs right that have been wrong and I have been over the moon with what he has done for me. Kyle has done several different things for us including removing a radiator and fitting a new one which involved moving the pipework, a central heating power-flush (highly recommended) Removing an old gas fire and capping the pipework and several boiler services, fitted outside taps hot and cold and fitted a new valve on a leaky radiator. Kyle is prompt, always uses dust sheets and cleans and tidies after. His prices are very good value for money.

We had a leak that flooded our kitchen on Boxing Day, we spent ages trying to find a reputable company to help us fix the problem.

Kyle responded to the emergency call out, he was polite, professional, knowledgable and thorough.

He did a brilliant job from start to finish fixing the main incoming water pipe, we are thankful he completed the job to a high standard and left it all neat, tidy and secured.

We will definitely be using Kyle for some of our upcoming projects and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs his service.

He explained everything to my Mum and wrote a detailed quote with no pressure to go ahead. His professional manner put my Mum at ease and she went ahead with the repair. Kyle came out within a few hours of me calling him to say my boiler wasn't working. Diagnosed, fixed and working brilliantly, in fact working better than before. He even gave it a good clean out whilst he was here and checked all other components.

A really nice, refreshing thing about Kyle is his work ethic and pride in what he does - an old school, respectful attitude. He is well presented and clearly cares about how he presents himself to the customer. Every surface is covered before he starts, including the floor. Even those covers are clean and obviously kept that way! Polite, friendly and respectful of your property. Explains everything he's doing and why as he goes along. Asks what you want to go ahead with, without assuming. Takes time and care to make sure everything is as perfect as possible before he leaves. Attention to detail. Leaves no rubbish or mess behind. Cleans up (although very little to clean!) before he goes. Competitive prices. Full breakdown on the invoice upon completion.

Would trust him implicitly; clearly knows his subject and industry like the back of his hand and cares about what he does. Very happy with his work.

There are no where near enough good words to say about Kyle and his services. He helped us with an emergency blockage in the toilet of my tattoo studio and was punctual, polite and extremely quick to fix our issue. We needed him again for another emergency and despite having lots of things going on he went completely out of his way to drop everything to attend my shop to fix the issue. Kyle came over today to fix my sink drainage as it was leaking, he was really quick to fit me in and showed me what the issue was before getting it sorted. Kyle fixed a leak to my mains water pipe. He went above and beyond to fix this for me and nothing was too much trouble for him.

I initially contacted a plumber at British Gas under a home care package that I pay for, but they was unable to fix the leak due to its location (in a boxed off area behind my kitchen wall, accessible by a small access panel) and advised me that I would need to remove a kitchen cupboard and that they did not remove cupboards.

I searched for a local plumber and found Kyle. He was quick to respond and book me in, and brought the repair forward when I realised that the leak was worse than first suspected.

He talked me through the whole process so that I could fully understand what had caused the leak and showed me the evidence of this (pipe inserted at an angle which cut into the washer). He corrected the poor workmanship and fixed the leak for me, without having to remove the kitchen cupboard.

He was polite, efficient, tidy, and did a wonderful job on fixing the leak. He also kindly completed an insurance report very promptly.

I would not hesitate to use Kyle again for any plumbing issues, and will be recommending him to any friends/family that have any plumbing issues.
